Al Wadhah Al Adawi is the Chief Investment Officer (GCM and AUMs) at Ominvest Group, where he leads the group’s global investments across equities, fixed income, real estate, and hybrid assets. With over 20 years of international experience, Al Wadhah is recognized for managing multi-asset portfolios and driving strategic investments that deliver risk-adjusted performance across both developed and emerging markets.
Before joining Ominvest, Al Wadhah held senior leadership positions at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Harvard Management Company, GLG Partners, and Morgan Stanley Europe. His expertise encompasses global portfolio management, multi-asset strategies, and transformational leadership of portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Al Wadhah also served as Vice Chairman of Hydrocarbon Finder E&P, overseeing strategic growth and operational transformation.
In addition to his executive roles, Al Wadhah is an active board member, serving on the boards of Liva Group (formerly National Life & General Insurance Company SAOG) and Ubhar Capital SAOC. He has also previously served on the boards of Jabreen Capital SAOC, Ominvest, and Eastbridge Partners.
Al Wadhah graduated Cum Laude from Boston University with a double major in Economics and Finance, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2004.
